What is Moon & Manifest?

Moon & Manifest is a small independent business offering psychic and tarot readings, spirit guidance, distant manifesting castings, crystals, spiritual gifts, journals and thoughtfully created collections.

It’s also home to our wonderful Moonbeam community, where positivity, kindness, encouragement and spiritual exploration are always welcome.

How do I book a psychic or tarot reading?

You can explore the readings available through our website and select the one that feels right for you.

Each listing explains what is included, the price and any information needed when ordering.

Once your booking has been confirmed, your reading will be prepared individually for you.

How will I receive my reading?

Most readings are delivered by email, so there’s no need to arrange a telephone call or appointment unless specifically stated.

Please double-check your email address when ordering.

How long will my reading take?

Completion times depend on the type of reading you’ve booked and how busy the order diary is.

Any specific turnaround time will be stated when ordering.

I always put care and attention into preparing readings rather than rushing through them.

Are your readings personalised?

Yes. Readings are prepared individually using intuitive interpretation, the chosen reading format and any relevant information you’ve provided.

No two people have exactly the same circumstances or personal journey.

Can I ask specific questions?

Some readings allow you to submit questions or choose particular areas of your life you’d like explored.

Other readings are more general and focus on the guidance that comes through during the session.

Can you guarantee predictions will happen?

No. Psychic readings, tarot and spiritual guidance are based on intuition, interpretation and personal spiritual beliefs.

They are intended for reflection, encouragement and entertainment, and no particular future event or result can be guaranteed.

Your own choices and circumstances always play an important role in your journey.

What is a distant manifesting casting?

A distant casting is a spiritual practice carried out remotely, using intention, symbolism and manifesting techniques.

You don’t need to attend in person or be online while the casting takes place.

Each casting focuses on the intention or area you’ve selected.

What can I choose a casting for?

Popular intentions include:

Castings are spiritual services and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Do I need to do anything during my casting?

Usually, no.

Once the necessary details have been provided, the distant casting can be carried out without you being present.

You may choose to spend some quiet time focusing on your intentions, but this isn’t a requirement.

Are your crystals natural?

Our crystal collections may include natural stones, and their colours, shapes, markings and sizes can vary.

These differences are part of what makes each crystal special.

Crystals are offered for decorative, personal and spiritual enjoyment. Their traditional associations are not medical claims.

What is the Moonbeam Book & Crystal Club?

Our Book & Crystal Club is a lovely mystery collection for anyone who enjoys books, crystals and a little surprise arriving through the post.

Collections generally include a mystery book, two crystals and accompanying stationery or treats, as described in the product listing.

Books may feature journalling, manifestation, spiritual development, mindfulness, tarot or other related subjects.

It’s a lovely little parcel to look forward to!

Is the Book & Crystal Club a monthly subscription?

No. Our standard monthly Book & Crystal Club is purchased separately each month, so there’s no automatic monthly renewal.

Longer-term purchase options may also be offered, with their details explained before ordering.

When are Book & Crystal Club parcels dispatched?

Our monthly Book & Crystal Club collections are normally prepared for dispatch around the 10th of each month.

Any changes to the schedule will be communicated where possible.

What are Moon & Manifest Facebook subscriptions?

Our Facebook subscriptions offer additional benefits for members who would like to enjoy a little extra from the Moonbeam community.

Depending on the current membership offer, benefits may include exclusive posts, special offers, subscriber-only activities, monthly readings and seasonal gift boxes.

When do subscribers receive their monthly reading?

Monthly reading eligibility begins after 30 days of continuous active membership.

You must remain an active subscriber to receive the relevant membership benefits.

Are seasonal subscriber gift boxes completely free?

The seasonal box and its contents are provided free of charge to qualifying members.

A separate postage and packaging contribution of £4.80 is currently payable for each seasonal box.

Eligibility depends on joining dates, continuous active membership and the arrangements explained to subscribers.

How much is postage for physical orders?

Postage varies depending on the product, parcel size and the delivery arrangements.

The applicable charge will be displayed or communicated before payment.

What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?

Please email as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and an explanation of the problem.

Photographs can be helpful when investigating damage.

Any faults, damage or missing items will be handled in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Can I cancel an order or request a refund?

Cancellation and refund rights depend on whether you’ve purchased a physical product, personalised item or service.

Most non-personalised physical products purchased online carry a statutory 14-day cancellation right.

Different conditions may apply to personalised products and services that have already started with your express agreement.

Can I purchase a reading or gift for somebody else?

Yes, where the individual product or service allows this.

Please make sure you provide any necessary recipient details and check whether the listing has additional requirements.

Do you offer private psychic development lessons?

No, I don’t currently offer private one-to-one teaching or psychic development lessons.

You are, however, very welcome to enjoy the spiritual discussions, guidance and activities shared through the Moon & Manifest community.
