By purchasing a product or booking a service through Moon & Manifest, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

1. About Moon & Manifest

Moon & Manifest is an independent UK-based business offering spiritual guidance services, personalised readings, distant manifesting castings and a selection of physical products.

Every order is handled with care, and I aim to provide a welcoming, respectful and professional experience for everyone.

2. Psychic, Tarot & Spirit Readings

All psychic, tarot, mediumship and spiritual guidance readings are provided for personal reflection, spiritual exploration and entertainment purposes.

Readings represent intuitive interpretations and personal spiritual beliefs. They are not guarantees of future events or specific outcomes.

Every reading is individually prepared using the information supplied at the time of booking.

Readings should not replace professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

Customers remain responsible for their own decisions and actions following a reading.

Services are available to customers aged 18 and over.

3. Distant Manifesting & Spell Castings

Moon & Manifest offers distant manifesting and spiritual castings intended to support personal intentions, positivity and spiritual reflection.

These may focus on areas such as love, confidence, abundance, opportunities, emotional wellbeing, personal growth and new beginnings.

All castings are carried out remotely, meaning customers do not need to be physically present.

Castings are spiritual services based on personal belief and intention.

No specific result, financial gain, relationship outcome or change in circumstances can be guaranteed.

Castings are not a substitute for practical action or professional advice.

No casting is intended to control another person’s free will or cause harm.

4. Ordering & Payments

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required before an order or booking is confirmed, unless alternative arrangements have been expressly agreed.

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Moon & Manifest reserves the right to decline an order where there is a legitimate reason, including product unavailability, payment problems or abusive conduct. Where payment has already been taken and an order cannot be fulfilled, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Any delivery charges will be made clear before payment.

5. Delivery of Digital Services

Psychic readings and other written spiritual guidance services are generally delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on the service selected and current demand.

Where a specific completion date or timeframe is advertised, reasonable efforts will be made to meet it.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and any details reasonably required to prepare their order.

If an unexpected delay occurs, customers will be informed where reasonably possible.

6. Physical Products

Moon & Manifest offers physical items including journals, planners, crystals, spiritual gift collections, books and other carefully selected products.

Products may vary slightly in appearance because of natural materials, handmade presentation or individual packaging.

Natural crystals may differ in colour, shape, size and markings.

Product descriptions will explain the main characteristics of the items offered.

Crystals and spiritual products are sold for decorative, personal or spiritual use. No medical or therapeutic outcome is guaranteed.

7. Book & Crystal Club

The Moonbeam Book & Crystal Club is a separately purchased monthly collection and is not an automatically renewing subscription unless expressly stated otherwise.

Each monthly collection may contain a mystery book and selected accompanying items, as described in the product listing.

Books may include journals, planners, spiritual development, manifestation, wellbeing or related themes.

Collections are generally prepared for dispatch around the 10th of the month, subject to the arrangements stated when ordering.

The mystery nature of the collection will be explained before purchase.

Customers retain their applicable statutory cancellation and consumer rights.

8. Facebook Subscriber Benefits

Moon & Manifest may offer exclusive benefits to eligible Facebook subscribers.

These may include subscriber-only content, readings, special offers, seasonal gift boxes and other occasional benefits.

Subscriber benefits are subject to the eligibility requirements communicated at the time of joining or when the benefit is announced.

Monthly readings become available after 30 days of continuous active membership, subject to the published offer conditions.

Seasonal gift boxes are provided to qualifying subscribers according to the applicable joining dates and eligibility arrangements.

A separate postage and packaging contribution may be payable for physical subscriber gifts. This charge will be communicated before payment is requested.

Facebook subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and platform billing are also subject to the applicable terms of Meta and any relevant payment provider.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers purchasing online may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right.

For most non-personalised physical products, the cancellation period begins the day after the goods are received.

Customers wishing to cancel should notify Moon & Manifest within the applicable cancellation period.

Goods must then be returned within 14 days of notifying cancellation.

Refunds will be provided in accordance with UK consumer law, including applicable standard delivery charges.

Return postage for change-of-mind cancellations may be the customer’s responsibility where this has been communicated before purchase.

Products made to an individual’s specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right.

For services such as readings and castings, customers may have a 14-day cancellation right from the date the contract is made.

Where a customer expressly requests that a service begins during this period, a proportionate payment may be payable for work already completed if the customer subsequently cancels.

Where a service has been fully performed with the customer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the cancellation right will be lost on completion, the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may end.

Any required consent and acknowledgement must be obtained before the service begins.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits a customer’s statutory rights where goods or services are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.

10. Personalised & Limited Edition Items

Some products may be personalised, specially prepared or available in limited quantities.

Availability will be stated where relevant.

Personalised items made to a customer’s specifications may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation, but statutory rights remain in place if the item is faulty or not as described.

11. Giveaways & Promotions

Moon & Manifest occasionally offers free readings, giveaways, competitions and promotional offers.

Each promotion may have its own eligibility requirements, entry instructions and closing date.

Winners will be selected and announced according to the terms of the individual promotion.

Promotional prizes cannot normally be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated.

Any applicable platform rules will also apply.

12. Respectful Communication

Moon & Manifest is committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing communication towards the business or its community will not be tolerated.

Moon & Manifest may moderate comments, restrict access to community spaces or decline future orders where there is a legitimate reason.

Existing contractual obligations and statutory consumer rights will continue to be honoured.

13. Privacy & Personal Information

Customer information is used only where necessary for purposes such as processing orders, delivering readings, arranging postage, communicating about purchases and meeting legal obligations.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.

14. Website Content & Copyright

Original Moon & Manifest written content, illustrations, designs and other creative materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Customers may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit original protected materials without permission, except where permitted by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

Moon & Manifest may update these terms and conditions from time to time.

The terms applicable to an order will generally be those provided when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed.

Any updated terms will be published on the website.
