Welcome to Moonbeam Village

Somewhere beyond the rolling green hills, past the old stone walls and winding country lanes, there is a very special little place that you won’t find on any ordinary map.

It’s called Moonbeam Village.

Now, if you were to hurry along the lane, you might walk straight past without ever noticing it. But slow your footsteps, listen for the gentle trickle of the stream, and look carefully beneath the wildflowers growing beside the old wooden gate.

There, tucked away from the busy world, is a village quite unlike any other.

Little stone cottages stand shoulder to shoulder, their windows dressed in pretty curtains and their gardens overflowing with flowers. The smell of freshly baked bread drifts from the Moonbeam Bakery, while the tiny bell above the post office door rings as another customer arrives with a letter to send.

There is a cosy café where friends gather, a curious little gift shop filled with wonderful things, a school where the youngest villagers learn about the world, and a little bridge that crosses the sparkling Moonbeam Stream.

And who lives in this delightful little village?

Well, mice, of course!

But these are no ordinary mice.

They wear knitted cardigans and wellington boots, carry shopping baskets, write letters, tend their gardens and sometimes get themselves into the most extraordinary muddles.

There’s Mabel, Nellie, Otis, Dolly and Luna, each with their own little stories to tell. There are the mischievous twins, Pip and Poppet, who have a wonderful talent for finding adventures where nobody expected them, and the tiniest members of the village, baby April and baby Avril, who are only just beginning to discover the world around them.

And then, of course, there’s Ayla.

With her gentle nature, kind heart and little crystal bracelet, Ayla has a wonderful way of making everybody feel welcome. She’s the sort of mouse who notices when someone is feeling sad, remembers the little things that matter and believes there’s always a way to make a difficult day a little brighter.

Usually somewhere close by is Apollo, with his trusty brown rucksack slung over his shoulder. Nobody is ever quite sure what he might pull out of that remarkable bag, but it’s surprising how often he has exactly what somebody needs.

Life in Moonbeam Village isn’t always perfect.

Sometimes things go missing. Plans go terribly wrong. Friendships are tested, little worries become enormous ones, and even the bravest mouse needs somebody to hold their paw.

But there is something rather wonderful about this village.

Nobody has to face their troubles alone.

And as the seasons turn, the flowers bloom and the moon rises over the cottage rooftops, there are always new stories waiting to be told.

Stories of kindness, friendship, unexpected adventures and the wonderful things that can happen when somebody cares enough to help.

In fact, one of our very first adventures begins with something rather unusual.

An enormous old green Wellington boot.

You see, to most people, an old boot is simply something you wear on a rainy day.

But to one very small mouse, it means absolutely everything.

And when that boot mysteriously disappears, the whole village is about to discover that even the smallest problem can become a very big adventure.

Welcome to The Mice of Moonbeam Village.

Where little paws leave big footprints, kindness is never far away, and every mouse has a story worth telling.

Our first story, Pip and the Lost Boot, is just the beginning…
