How to Order Your Reading

Ordering is lovely and straightforward.

Read the description so you know what is included, the price and any delivery information.
Add your chosen reading to your basket and follow the checkout instructions.
Make sure you provide your correct email address, as this is where your completed reading will be sent.
If your chosen reading allows questions, you can include anything you would especially like me to explore. Questions are optional unless the individual listing says otherwise.

Once your order is received, your reading will be prepared according to the option you have purchased.

There is no need to arrange a telephone appointment or attend a reading in person.

How Will I Receive My Reading?

All readings are delivered by email.

Your completed reading will be sent in written form, allowing you to enjoy it privately whenever you have a little time to yourself.

One of the lovely things about receiving a written reading is that you can keep it, return to it and revisit different parts whenever you wish.

Sometimes something within a reading can feel more meaningful when you return to it later with a different perspective.

How Long Will My Reading Take?

Delivery times may vary depending on the type of reading, the number of orders I’m currently working through and whether you have selected a special offer.

I spend a considerable amount of my working day preparing readings, answering enquiries and organising orders, so although I work through everything as quickly as possible, I cannot always respond to messages immediately.

Some Moonbeams prefer to ask about a particular area of their life, while others would rather receive a completely general reading without influencing its direction.
